"Run if you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must, just never give up."

We are so far from spring. In fact our sewer just froze up for the winter so you can tell it'll be a while before we see any signs. However I did two miles on the trail this afternoon and it was awesome in the sunshine.I love sweet potatoes. Now in like that yam stuff people eat at holidays. What I do is I peel and cut them into large cubes along with a few red potatoes, onions, peppers, carrots, tomatoes and garlic, seasoned salt and then roast them all in the oven on a cookie sheet with a couple teaspoons of olive oil on the bottom and than a Pam type spray on the top at 400 for 35-40 minutes. They taste awesome. I've tried brocolli but it's turns crisp but it was pretty good too. Just another way that's not bad for the health but great for the taste buds.Take care Deb, have a blessed evening!
