Frosty Fitness Challenge week one

The Frosty Fitness Challenge is being hosted by Michelle and Sarah.
This is a 5 week challenge. Each week they introduce a new challenge for that week.

This weeks challenge is:

The challenge for this coming week (November 12-18) is run  20K.  


  1. Good luck Deb. I know you'll do great. I walk/ran a 5k this morning. Not my fastest time but finally more running than walking.

    P.S. I'll be starting your bracelet tomorrow. Hopefully get it done and shipped this week. Would you like to see pics before I send it? Also, gold or silver?
