week 13

Week 13 is now over.
Starting 181.6
Ending 190.0 
Up 8.4 for challenge
Maintained for the week.

Week 13 was low carb.  I did great on that one. The no eating out, I had lunch with my friend on Tuesday. BUT, I had a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, NO BUN!!! 

Thankyou to Rochelle for hosting this challenge. She put a lot of work and thot into each of the challenges!!

  1. It's amazing how just getting rid of the bun changes up the calories and carb content of a meal!
