Body Combat

Today I tried Body Combat 50 by Les Mils. 
Kick, Punch, Great Cardio workout.
We were 3/4 of the way through and one of the girls had burned 700 calories. (And she was a skinny little woman, so Im sure I burned much more!!! )
If you have a chance, check it out!!! (I left my pacifism at the door!)

  1. I'm over from See How She Runs . . . I LOVE LES MILSS!!!!! Body Combat is so much fun isn't it! After a couple of weeks, you'll LOVE doing the class after a stressful day at work! I used to do Body Pump about 10 years ago and now I'm finally back to it - today was my 2nd class . . . so sore!

  2. It actually looks fun! I love the kickboxing and punching games on Wii and the DVDs I've tried and this reminds me of those. I'll have to give it a try when I have some workout space!
