Triple Dog Dare Challenge
We were sent menus of what to eat. Very easy to follow, straight forward, normal food! I did deviate twice this week. I added a 1/2 tsp of Peanut Butter to one of my breakfasts and I added 1/2 C of Chocolate Milk and 1/2 C of low carb Strawberry Yogurt to make a smoothie for my recovery after one of my runs.
Weight: 207.2 My goal was to lose 2.2. I missed it by .4 lbs
