Week one Shrinkvivor
This week our challenge was of course to lose weight!! And also to Exercise and record our minutes.
Starting Weight: 208.4
Lost: 1.6 lbs. I sure was hoping for more!!
Our Challenge this week was to record our Exercise minutes:
Total from Wed thru Tues: 238 minutes
Our Mini Challenge was to not eat any fast food. I failed this one. I had a chicken sandwich while my hub was in the hospital having surgery.
