Sunday: 23 minutes 31 Day Challenge
Monday: 23 min 31 Day Challenge
Tuesday: 82 minutes  59 Brad Gansberg, 13 31 Day Challenge, 10 warm up and cool down
Wedneday: 65 minutes  52 Brad Gansberg,  13  31 Day Challenge 10 warm up and cool down
Thursday: 25 min 31 Day Challenge
Friday: 75 mins 55 Brad Gansberg, 13 31 Day Challenge 7 warm up and cool down
Saturday:   60 Zumba, 13 31 Day Challenge, 5 minute cool down, 20 minute walk to get mail, 75 minutes push mowing the lawn. (Im not sure if this counts or not)

Total: 476  minutes or 401 if mowing doesnt count.


This week was 'push thru the mental wall' and keep going.

Tuesday 59 mins 3.849 miles 545 calories
Wednesday  52.13 minutes  3.341 miles  469 calories
Friday 55.05 minutes  3.536 miles  498 calories

  1. I just got caught up. Your 13 minute mile is excellent. You are doing so great. I am very proud of you. The donuts, that would be hard but look at you!! YEAH!!!
