Friends Make Fitness Fun Challenge

Im so excited to be a part of this Challenge!!

Post your exercise every week and give Jessica a shout.

Monday: Brad Gansbergs 5K in 100 days. 45 minutes

Tuesday:
Body Pump 60 minutes.
Warm up and Cool down 15 minutes

Wednesday: Brad Gansbergs 5K in 100 days. 45 minutes

Thursday: rest

Friday:
Treadmill: 30 minutes
Free weights 15 minutes

Saturday:
5K 42 minutes
warmup cooldown 15 minutes

Total: 4 hrs 27 mins  (267 minutes)
